Chief Demetrius Marshall dismissed from the York Police Department

Officer Ralph Randolph will serve as Interim Chief until further notice.

On Thursday, December 7, 2023 at a called City Council meeting, the Mayor and City Council of the City of York voted to dismiss Demetrius Marshall from the position of Chief of the York Police Department. Officer Ralph Randolph will serve as Interim Chief of Police until further notice.
